School counselor, Mrs. Shine Hall, heads up the week long food drive and she gets excited to see how much the students bring in each year.
She said, "Many families enjoy giving back to our community and December is a great time to do that.  Our annual Food Drive will be held the first full week of December.  We hope to push as many items as we can to our local food bank at the Salvation Army.  Monetary donations will be shared between Miami County Helping Hands and The United Way.  Classrooms will be offered incentives for bringing in items if they can.  Some incentives let them enjoy an extra recess or even a popcorn party as a treat!"

Join us for crafts, music, games, cookies, and punch! Enjoy the winter dioramas made by our students. What a great way to spend your evening on December 4th from 5:30-6:30. The band and choir concert will follow at 6:30 showcasing our students from all grade levels.

Students at Blair Pointe will once again honor the many heroes in their lives. Wednesday, November 12th, at 9:00 am, veterans will be eating breakfast with a student that has invited them for this special day.
The entrance will be decorated with a patriotic theme from all students in the building to let our heroes know we respect them.
Thank you, veterans, for all you have done for our country.

Wednesday- A Drug Free Life Will Take You Places- Wear what you would to a beach or on a vacation day.

Thursday- YOU Are Too Important to Use Drugs- Wear something that starts with the first letter of your name.

Friday- Life is a Treat, Don't Get Tricked by Drugs- Wear a school appropriate costume.
